Come discover Maple trees
growing on rare crystals and
minerals and taste the maple
goodness for yourself.

We offer guided tours of the
Sugarhouse and Sugarbush to
learn how trees make sap and
we make syrup.
Each tour and purchase helps to
keep this land protected.
During the sugar season (mid-March to mid-April), folks are welcome to pop by the Sugarhouse to experience the sweet warmth and buy some syrup; however, availability for scheduling tours is limited as we're all hands on deck making syrup.

Sap flows in a vacuum system from 2,200 tapped sugar maples to the Sugarhouse. Sap is processed initially through a reverse osmosis (RO) unit and then to a wood-fired evaporator where it is finished into beautiful maple syrup. The syrup is filtered and packaged onsite and is available for purchase along with other maple syrup products.

The preserved land at Esson Creek Maple & Greenmantle Mineral Tours is so rich in minerals that we think it gives some of the
best tasting maple syrup. Come experience the land
that has been untouched since the dinosaurs.
